ABOUT HOT MOM FIT LIFE
Fitness. Life. And figuring out your 40s.
This blog is for women in their 40s who are looking for relatable reflections on fitness, life, and the very real challenges that come with this season. As we get older, things shift — energy, motivation, hormones, priorities — and yet no one seems to be talking honestly about it.
Hormones play a big role in how we feel, move, and show up after 40, and for a long time I felt like I was navigating that quietly and on my own.

Meet Stacy
Hi, I’m Stacy 👋
I’m a mom in my 40s, showing up imperfectly and learning as I go.
I’ve been on a fitness journey for years, starting and stopping more times than I can count. Somewhere along the way, I realized the cycle wasn’t about a lack of discipline.
I was trying to force myself into a version of fitness that no longer fit my life.
So I stopped chasing perfect and started focusing on something much simpler: showing up consistently.
I created Hot Mom Fit Life as a place to write honestly about that journey.
MY APPROACH
Consistency over perfection
For a long time, I was striving for perfection.
The perfect workout schedule. The perfect eating habits. The perfect progress.
Life isn’t perfect — and fitness doesn’t need to be either.
It’s okay to have an off week. It’s okay to change your goals. It’s okay to start again.
What matters is continuing forward, even when progress looks messy or slow.

If you’re navigating your own version of this season — trying to find your rhythm again, listening to your body more closely, or simply showing up when it’s hard — I hope you’ll find something here that makes you feel a little less alone.
I’m glad you’re here. 💙
